We experienced two cases of pulmonary hamartoma, which is the most common benigntumor of lung. But the hamartoma is rare disease, because the most neoplasm of the is malignant. The importence of pulmonary hamartoma is the necessity of
differential
diagnosis between lung cancer and benign tumor of the lung. Recently, the development of FNAB (Fine needle aspiration biopsy) shows accurate diagnostic results.
